What If A Product Is Unavailable?

If a product is unavailable, it is most likely due to the given two reasons:

  • The product is out of stock. Consequently, it should be restored soon.
  • The product is a seasonal product and it is now inaccessible. However, there is a chance that it might be available once more in the same season 
Can I Personalize My Order?

Not yet. However we plan to add this feature to our arbitrage quite soon. After its integration customers will be able to customize there products including, but not limited to, gift wraps, custom plating, and printing or plating their name, etc.

If your size is unavailable you can contact us and follow the following steps:

Order And Payment

When Will My Order Arrive?

On average, domestic orders only take 3-4 business days to arrive. However, international orders can take anywhere from 5-6 days to a few weeks. However you can request rush shipping which can decrease the arrival time from a few hours to a few days to weeks, and only for a measly price.

When Do I Pay?

For your ease, we have configured cash-on-delivery. As such. you only have to pay when the order arrives. Any shipping cost or tax deductions will be deducted then and there.

Will I Be Charged With Tax?

No. Currently we have disabled taxes. So, you don’t have to worry about those.

Can I Use Multiple Payment Options?

No, multiple payment options are not suggested nor are configured.

Where Can I Use My Coupon?

You can use your acquired coupon on a product(s) in the checkout page. Once there, you can enter a valid coupon code and reap its benefits.

Why Can't I Use My Coupon?

A coupon not working can because of 1 or more of the following reasons:

  • The coupon has expired.
  • The coupon code is invalid or incorrect.
  • The conditions are not met to be allowed for the usage of the coupon are not met.
Can I Use Multiple Coupons At Once?

Yes. However every coupon has it’s conditions for use. Some coupons require a specific price threshold hold to be met. Others can be stacked with other coupons.

What Should If Someone Else Is Receiving My Order For Me?

If someone else is receiving your order for you, the following actions are to be followed:

  • The full payment must be submitted by the person receiving the order including, but not limited to, product price, shipping fees, tax reductions etc.
  • After contact, the courier is required to be told the correct address as well as the consent for another person receiving the order.
Which Shipping Options Are Available?

Currently, we only ship domestically, that is, in Pakistan. However, shipping in Karachi will be relatively cheaper considering it is the closest to us.

Return And Exchange

How Many Days Do I Have To Return My Product?

After your order has been delivered you have 7 business days available for you to return your order. If you wish to return or exchange your order due to received defects you have 3 business days since it’s arrival to return it. These services will no longer be provided after these deadlines has been reached.

What Are The Requirements To Return My Order?

If you wish to return or exchange the delivered products the following steps and requirements are to be followed:

  • The must not have been damaged in any way, shape, or form, including, but not limited to, stains, strains, tears, etc.
  • The reorder request must be done within the first 7 business days since arrival or 3 business days sine arrivals in the case of exchange due to received defects.
  • We are to be contacted here and informed of your reorder or exchange, 1 day before the latter have been performed so that we can execute the necessary protocols and give you our consent to execute the reorder or exchange.
What Do I Get If I Return Or Exchange My Order?

In case of a reorder, you are 100% compensated, including shipping fees and tax deductions. However, for an exchange you are given the option to exchange your product for one with an equal value (price). Additional fees will not be deducted.
